What is Mythoz Café?
Mythoz Café is a vertically integrated, second-generation Honduran specialty coffee company. We work directly with more than 109 producers and manage every step from sourcing to roasting to export.
Where is Mythoz located?
Our flagship farm is located in El Merendón, San Pedro Sula. We also work with producers in Cortés, Comayagua, Yoro, Lempira, and El Paraíso.
What does “vertically integrated” mean?
It means we manage the entire coffee chain — sourcing, processing, roasting, packaging, private labels, training, and distribution. This ensures quality, traceability, and sustainability from seed to cup.
Do you roast your own coffee?
Yes. All Mythoz coffees are roasted in Honduras by our specialty roasting team.
Do you work directly with farmers?
Yes — 100%. Our model is built on direct trade, long-term partnerships, and fair, stable pricing.

What are the tasting notes of the Legacy Blend?
Chocolate, brown sugar, roasted hazelnut, and soft citrus acidity.
What is Mythoz Special Reserve?
A high-altitude seasonal blend of Parainema Natural and Catuai Washed. Notes of strawberry jam, caramel, chocolate, and balanced acidity. (Blend changes each year.)
What does Parainema taste like?
Parainema is clean and vibrant, with citrus brightness, green apple, panela, cocoa nibs, and subtle herbal sweetness.
What grind sizes do you offer?
Whole Bean and Ground (for: espresso, filter, moka, and home brewers).
Are Mythoz coffees specialty grade?
Yes. Our coffees are produced using specialty coffee standards, with traceable origins and premium processing.

Where do your coffees come from?
From our flagship farm in El Merendón and from 109+ producer families across the Honduran highlands.
Is Mythoz sustainable?
Yes. We reinforce environmentally friendly practices such as soil regeneration, shade-grown cultivation, and circular economy programs across our value chain.
Do you pay fair prices to producers?
Yes. Our direct trade model prioritizes stable income, quality premiums, and long-term contracts to support producer livelihoods.
What makes Honduran coffee special?
Honduras produces some of the world’s most diverse, high-altitude coffees with complex profiles shaped by volcanic soil and microclimates.
Do you store your own green coffee?
Yes. We maintain and control quality through our own green coffee warehouse.
SECTION 4 — Orders, Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship coffee to the United States?
Yes — Mythoz ships roasted coffee directly to U.S. customers through our online store.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to Honduras and the USA. More regions are coming soon.
How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
Mythoz coffee is roasted in small fresh batches and shipped shortly after roasting to guarantee optimal flavor and aroma.
How long does shipping take?
USA orders typically take 3–7 business days.
Honduras orders vary by region (usually 1–3 days).
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, local payments (HN), and Shopify’s secure checkout options.
Wholesale, Private Label & Partner Services
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We supply hotels, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, cruise retailers, and specialty shops.
Do you offer private label coffee?
Yes. We provide custom roasting, branding, packaging, and product development for businesses.
What is the MOQ for private labels?
It depends on packaging type.
Coffee bags: typically 500-2,000 units.
Roasted coffee: negotiable by volume.
Do you offer custom packaging for cafés?
Yes — including cups, bags, pouches, and branded coffee packaging.
Do you provide barista training?
Yes. We offer calibration, staff training, and coffee education for our wholesale partners.
