Because of the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, or if you experience an issue with your coffee, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@mythozcafe.com, we're here to help.
